FMC Corporation Completes Acquisition of Hydrocolloid Ingredients Business from ISP.
PHILADELPHIA, Aug. 18, 2008 -- FMC Corporation (NYSE: FMC) announced today the
company has completed the acquisition of the hydrocolloid ingredients business of International Specialty Products (ISP). Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. ISP's hydrocolloid ingredients business had revenues of approximately $80 million in 2007.
